I'm convinced that we actually received it due to my tenacity. After many unanswered phone calls, text messages, emails, reviews of no product, and Facebook messages later, we finally got a shipping notice, and then the product! We received 2 emails asking for a review of the product well before it was even sent.

I ordered on 8/11 for my husband's birthday on 8/24. Still no rack, no notification of shipping, and no response to emails, voicemail, or text messages. Unsure if this is even a legit company now. Too bad, as the product looks great online!
Photo is of an empty sofa in my house, as I have no product to photograph. I would have given a "0" rating if that was a choice, as 0 is how many racks I have, but 1 is what I paid for.

This is the second rod holder I purchased for my husband. They are made to last and are the best for rinsing off after a day on the water . He gets many compliments too! We highly recommend this product and will probably be purchasing more in the future! Thanks Sea Racks

Slow to ship and when I received my rack and it was missing the stainless hardware required to put it together.

The unit showed up missing a hole for one of the screws. I carefully measured and remeasured to not mess things up. After completing the build I found that a lot of my rods would not stand up straight due to the angled design. Not worth the money.

The design is great and it holds the rod combos perfectly. The black design with cobia is really cool.

There were a few scratches on mine which appeared to be from manufacturing not shipping and on one side one of the screw holes was in the design itself which I didn’t like. All in all a good product. Quality control could use a little work.

I have a PILE of fishing rods. I had them leaned up in every corner of my boat house, and some of them had actually bent due to being stood up under a strain for so long. I needed to do something, and these rod racks were PERFECT! They are made from lightweight hard coated foam board, and they give you EXCELLENT stainless square drive screw to put it together with. The built in handles are very handy for moving the whole rack around easily, and they have options galore for whatever decor you are going for. Easy to assemble and should last a lifetime with minimal care. Excellent product!

I would love to give a review but I never received the rod holder

The rack looks awesome and holds all of my rods. It was super easy to put together and got here quickly. Couldn't be happier with it!

Downsizing to a small condo has been a challenge. The compact rod holder is perfect for organizing our rods in the small space we had available.

This is a very nice product. Easy to assemble and very solid. I like the fact that the fasteners provided are stainless. This entire rack can be hosed down as needed without worrying about warping, etc. Thanks and I will be ordering another one.

I ordered the hook compact rod rack in white. What I received was a “Plain Jane” rod rack with no design. Haven’t decided if I’m keeping it or sending it back for a refund.

I have a house full of boys and fishing rods - this rack looks so nice and protects all the poles from a tangled mess. We love the black with blue and green mahi-mahi. Thank you!

Very happy with the Sea Rack product sturdiness and design. Holds rods very well and is still light enough to move the rack while filled with rods and reels.
The customer service provided by Lorena and her team was above reproach. I requested a product that was no longer available, Lorena and her team went above and beyond to ensure I was compensated and got a product I was happy with.

Nice and sturdy. Holds rods well. Takes special bit to screw together which may or may not have. But easy to assemble.

Paid for my rack, supposedly shipped Jan 3. Emailed customer service 3x, called the 305 number on the site and always get random generic voicemail like it’s a private line. Here is there business model-

1. Take your money
2. Never ship your product
3. Ignore your emails
4. Ignore your calls

I’m sure after leaving this review I’ll get some random email excuse about cOvId cAuSiNg dELaYs for this rod rack that’s made in America 100 miles from me....

This rod rack is made to perfection. Everything about it is high quality..I saw it on Instagram and immediately thought of my boyfriend. We fish every weekend and let’s be reel (lol) we have all had our rods all tangled in our basement at some point. This was the perfect gift. Maximum rod holders in the rack. Easy to put together. Also I got the blue and green mahi rack..and it’s so much more detailed and beautiful in real life. Picture doesn’t do justice. ALSO I had an issue after I ordered (I forgot to type in my coupon code) the person I emailed responded right away and was so helpful
